A white-label loyalty app with your restaurant’s name on it
Nomback is a white-label restaurant loyalty app: your restaurant's own app in the App Store and Google Play, with your name and logo and nothing of Nomback's on it. Customers order, pay and earn stamps; you pick the rewards and send push deals. It costs $99 a month and $399 setup, with no commission on orders.
How it works
- Pick your reward and how many stamps earn it, like a free pizza every 5 orders.
- We publish the app under your name; customers download it from your QR card.
- Every paid order adds a stamp, and you send push deals whenever you want.
What it costs
| Nomback plan | Monthly | One-time setup |
|---|---|---|
| Your own ordering and rewards app (iPhone and Android) | $99 | $399 |
| App and website | $129 | $399 |
| Website only | $79 | $149 |
No commission on any order and no fee added to your customers. Card payments go through Stripe at 2.9% + 30¢. Apple charges $99 a year and Google $25 once for the developer accounts, which are in your name. Month to month, and live in about two weeks. Full pricing.
What white-label means here
The app is listed under your restaurant's name, with your logo as the icon and your colors inside. Customers see your brand from the App Store page to the receipt. The Apple and Google developer accounts are in your name too, so the listing is yours.
Anthony's Pizzeria in Allentown is an example: search the App Store and you find Anthony's Pizzeria Rewards, not a Nomback app.
How the stamp card works
- A stamp is added automatically when an app order is paid. No punching, no codes at the counter.
- You choose the reward: a free pizza, a drink, an appetizer. Anthony's gives a free pizza every 5 stamps.
- A first-order reward, like a free slice for downloading, gets the app onto phones.
- Customers see how close they are to the reward, and you can send a push deal to everyone with the app.

How much is it?
