Sell monthly memberships in your restaurant's app

Nomback lets a restaurant sell monthly memberships in its own app, so regulars pay every month for a set perk and you get steady income. Anthony's Pizzeria in Allentown sells a $9.99 Slice Club for a slice every day, a $21.99 Pizza Pass and a $24.99 Famiglia plan. Memberships come with the $99-a-month app.

How it works

  1. Choose the perk, the price and the limit, like one slice a day.
  2. Members sign up and pay in your app; Stripe bills them every month.
  3. Members redeem their perk through the app.

Anthony's Slice Club, in numbers

Anthony's Pizzeria runs three plans in its app (App Store). Here's what membership money looks like at different sizes. These are example member counts, not Anthony's.

PlanPrice25 members100 members
Slice Club$9.99$249.75 a month$999 a month
Pizza Pass$21.99$549.75 a month$2,199 a month
The Famiglia$24.99$624.75 a month$2,499 a month

Stripe's billing fee is 2.9% + 30¢ per charge: about $0.59 on $9.99 and $1.02 on $24.99 (Stripe).

Why memberships work

A member who already paid for the month has a reason to come to you and not the place down the street. They rarely come in for just the perk. The National Restaurant Association found 62% of consumers interested in restaurant subscriptions (NRA).

Set limits. Panera's Sip Club started unlimited and moved to a 30-drink monthly cap in August 2026 (NRN). One a day is a good default.
