Nomback is a small team that builds independent restaurants their own ordering and rewards app, listed in the App Store and Google Play under the restaurant's name, for a flat $99 a month with no commission on orders. The goal is simple: let restaurants keep their regulars ordering direct instead of paying a delivery app 15 to 30% on every order. Nomback makes money only from the monthly and setup fees restaurants pay. It does not take a cut of orders. The first restaurant live on Nomback is Anthony's Pizzeria in Allentown, Pennsylvania. What does Nomback do?

Nomback builds and runs a restaurant's own ordering app with its name, logo and menu, plus a digital stamp card, push deals and bag insert cards that move delivery app customers to ordering direct. A website plan is available too. The first live example is Anthony's Pizzeria (App Store).

How does Nomback make money?

Nomback makes money from its plans: $99 a month and $399 setup for the app, $79 a month and $149 setup for a website, or $129 a month for both. There is no commission on orders. Card payments go through Stripe at its standard 2.9% + 30 cents (Stripe). Full details are on the pricing page.

Why does Nomback exist?

Delivery apps charge restaurants a large share of every order: DoorDash takes 15%, 25% or 30% on delivery and 6% on pickup (DoorDash). That is fair for brand new customers. It is a lot to pay on regulars who already know the restaurant. Nomback gives those regulars a direct way to order and a reason to come back.

What is the Nomback partner program?

Anyone who knows a restaurant owner can introduce them and get paid: $25 when Nomback accepts the restaurant, $175 when its app launches, then $10 a month for 10 months while it stays, up to $300 per restaurant. It is free to join with no quota. Details are on the partner page, and POS reps, processors and agencies can resell or bundle it through business partners.
