An ordering and rewards app for Mexican restaurants and taquerias

A Mexican restaurant or taqueria can run its own ordering and rewards app for $99 a month with no commission. Nomback builds it under your name, with your menu, a stamp card toward a free burrito or plate, and push deals for Taco Tuesday. You can also sell a monthly taco membership, like Taco Bell's Taco Lover's Pass.

How it works

  1. We set up your menu with proteins, tortillas, salsas and add-ons in about two weeks.
  2. Hand out the app card at the counter and in every to-go bag.
  3. Run a weekly push for your taco night and reward every fifth order.

No commission on any order and no fee added to your customers. Card payments go through Stripe at 2.9% + 30¢. Apple charges $99 a year and Google $25 once for the developer accounts, which are in your name. Month to month, and live in about two weeks. Full pricing.

Take a page from the chains

Chipotle took 36.7% of its food and beverage revenue through digital orders in the third quarter of 2025 (Chipotle). Taco Bell tested a Taco Lover's Pass at about $10 a month for one taco a day; in the test, 20% of buyers were new to its rewards program (NBC Bay Area/CNBC).

An independent taqueria can do both at its own scale: an app for ordering ahead and a membership that brings people in every week.

A taco club, priced out

Here's an example you could run. Say three tacos every week for $19.99 a month. Your food cost on 12 tacos is yours to set; the billing cost through Stripe is about $0.88 a month per member (2.9% + 30¢).

50$999.50about $44

Members come in to use their tacos and usually buy drinks and sides. Price the perk so that the visit, not the perk, is where you make money.

Many owners, one big sector

The Census Bureau counted 46,795 Hispanic-owned employer firms in accommodation and food services in 2021 data, the second-largest sector for Hispanic-owned businesses (Census Bureau). Most are independents without a chain's app budget. That's the gap Nomback fills: the same tools for $99 a month.

No. Keep it for new customers and bring regulars into your app with the bag card.
