GloriaFood alternative: what to switch to before April 30, 2027
GloriaFood, Oracle's free online ordering system, reaches end of life on April 30, 2027, and Oracle says it offers no direct replacement. Nomback is an alternative that gives you your own commission-free iPhone and Android ordering app with a stamp card for $99 a month and $399 setup and is live in about two weeks.
How it works
- Export your GloriaFood menu, customer list and a year of orders now.
- We build your Nomback app and order button while GloriaFood still works.
- Swap your website button, Google ordering link and QR codes, then let GloriaFood close.
What it costs
| Nomback plan | Monthly | One-time setup |
|---|---|---|
| Your own ordering and rewards app (iPhone and Android) | $99 | $399 |
| App and website | $129 | $399 |
| Website only | $79 | $149 |
No commission on any order and no fee added to your customers. Card payments go through Stripe at 2.9% + 30¢. Apple charges $99 a year and Google $25 once for the developer accounts, which are in your name. Month to month, and live in about two weeks. Full pricing.
What stops working on April 30, 2027
GloriaFood's homepage says it will "reach end of life on April 30, 2027" and that Oracle "does not offer a direct replacement" (GloriaFood). Anything that runs on it stops: the Order online button on your site, Facebook ordering, table reservations and QR dine-in menus.

Free was the draw. Is it worth paying now?
If you took few online orders on GloriaFood, Square's free ordering page is the closest like-for-like swap. If online orders matter to you, moving is the moment to get your own app: the people who ordered from your GloriaFood button are regulars, and an app with a stamp card and push deals keeps them ordering from you, not from DoorDash.
