Menufy pricing in 2026: $149 to $179 a month, and what changed

Menufy costs $149 a month on a 12-month agreement or $179 a month with no agreement, as of October 2026. There is one plan, every feature is included, and Menufy charges no commission. That is a change: for years Menufy was free to the restaurant and charged the customer $1.50 per order, and that figure still circulates. Card processing is extra and Menufy doesn't print the rate; neither does it print what DoorDash Drive or Uber Direct deliveries cost through it. On a $40 order with typical 2.9% + 30 cent processing, the restaurant pays about $1.46 plus its share of the monthly fee.

What are Menufy's plans?

Two ways to pay for the same thing (Menufy pricing):

AnnualMonth to month
Monthly$149$179
Term12-month agreement, billed monthlyNone, cancel anytime
EquipmentFree, includedNot stated
IncludesDirect online ordering, Google ordering and SEO, email and text marketing, loyalty and coupons, AI review replies, a success manager, chargeback protection (not on Clover POS), DoorDash Drive and Uber Direct delivery

Menufy says "no tiers, no add-ons." Setup fee, processing rate and delivery fees per order are not on the page. A branded app is not listed; ordering is on a Menufy-hosted site and your own website.

Didn't Menufy used to be free?

Yes. Partner pages still describe the older model: "a flat $1.50 per order, paid by the online consumer", with "no setup costs and no monthly fees" to the restaurant (Lightspeed). Menufy's own pricing page no longer mentions a customer fee or a free plan. If a sales rep quotes you the $1.50 model, get it in writing, because the published price is $149 to $179 a month.

What does Menufy cost at 300, 600 and 1,000 orders a month?

The same $149 or $179, because there is no per-order charge. That makes Menufy cheap per order at volume and expensive at low volume: at 100 orders a month the $179 plan is $1.79 an order on top of processing, at 600 it is 30 cents. Compare with Slice's $2 to $3 an order or Popmenu's $1 (Slice, Popmenu).

Is Menufy worth it?

For a restaurant that wants website ordering plus marketing tools in one bill with no per-order fee, $149 to $179 is a fair middle of the market, below ChowNow's $229 to $249 and well below Owner.com's $499. What it lacks is an app under your name, and the 12-month term on the cheaper price. Check the processing rate and the delivery fee pass-through before you sign, since neither is published.

Menufy alternatives

Nomback is $99 a month and $399 to set up, no term, no commission, Stripe's 2.9% + 30 cents, and it is an iPhone and Android app under your restaurant's name with a stamp card and push deals (pricing). Square Free is $0 a month with 3.3% + 30 cent processing if you ring up on Square (Square fees). The full field is on the ordering systems comparison.
